How do I pay?
Booking is free. You pay once a driver is assigned. With the Best price, you pay a deposit (usually 20%) by card or Zelle, and the rest in cash or by Zelle at delivery. With the Standard rate, you pay the full amount by card.
Why is the Best price lower?
Card payments carry processing fees. When you pay most of the balance in cash or by Zelle at delivery, we pass that saving on to you.
How long does shipping take?
Most cars are picked up within 1 to 5 days of the date your car is ready. Transit usually takes 2 to 5 days on shorter routes and 7 to 10 days coast to coast.
Is my car insured?
Yes. Every carrier we use must have active cargo insurance and federal operating authority, and we verify both before your car is dispatched.
